For the week including the 4th of July, I went with quotes from the founding fathers of the United States of America. I wasn’t trying to be political, but some of the ideas expressed in these quotes seem in contrast to our modern political climate. I am glad you are here, where I add extra comments. The images are posted on the PensLove Ink Instagram account as the week progresses.
Five Johnny Cash lyrics written in black ink. I hope you see the theme for the Man in Black. Here is Spotify playlist of the songs.
I am not talking about people who are good writers, but pens that write well. My pens I consider good writers remain filled with ink. I keep them ready for a card, letter or note. Each one of these pens deserves a quick mention.
For the week of the summer solstice, five original haiku. I had fun writing them.
Bilbo: “What do I have in my pocket?”
Golem: “Not fair! not fair! It isn’t fair, my precious, is it, to ask us what it’s got in it’s nassty little pocketsess?”
Ah, notebooks. They so often come in a three pack and all three look just alike. What to do, what to do?
A week of quotes for Father’s Day. I make no claim to how applicable they are to my father or me as a father. I just found them to be good quotes. >
