Good Writers Jun 26, 2017 POST I am not talking about people who are good writers, but pens that write well. My pens I consider good writers remain filled with ink. I keep them ready for a card, letter or note. Each one of these pens deserves a quick mention.

Pocket Pens Jun 15, 2017 POST I almost always carry a pocket pen. Slipped in my front right pocket, a pocket pen settles in deep and safe. I can quickly access it on demand. Currently, three pens, including two fountain pens, fill this role.
Atlanta Pen Show 2017 Day 3 May 19, 2017 POST Sunday morning found me back and Waffle House with Ana of the Well Appointed Desk. This would always be a good start to the day, but today was apropos since the emphasis was to be on people. The people are the best part of a pen show, plus my budget was nearly depleted. The show opened at 9:00 am and I was in by 9:01. I could only stay until about noon and I wanted to make the most of my time.
Atlanta Pen Show 2017 Day 2 May 15, 2017 POST After checking the possibilities for new modern pens on Friday and considering my choices overnight, I arrived at the show with a plan. It was a close call but I decided on two pens instead of just getting a Kanilea Pen Company. Step one, Waffle House. Step two, check the Franklin-Christoph table right away. That was a good call because a model 66 in Italian Ice had been on my wish list and there was one.
